Martha Sue Culp age 91, of Russellville, AR died Wednesday, October 16th, 2019 in Russellville, AR. She was born December 14th 1927 in Bradley County, AR a daughter of the late James Virgil Wolfe and Vira Moseley Wolfe. She retired from S and H Green Stamps in Pine Bluff, AR and then joined the business with her husband Harold at H and S Trading Post in Pine Bluff, AR. She was an accomplished seamstress, she built her home business sewing for countless people in the Pine Bluff, AR and Woodlawn, AR area. She was a member of the Grace Missionary Baptist Church in Russellville, AR, where she was involved in her church and community. She was also preceded in death by her husband Harold Culp whom she married June 27th, 1946 and he died March 13th, 1998, a brother Bill Wolfe and two great-grandchildren Evan and James Waggoner also preceded her in death. Surviving is a son, Harold Dwayne Culp, Rison, AR and a daughter Carolyn Reynolds and spouse Frank, Russellville, AR. Grandchildren Susan Waggoner and spouse Jamie, J.D. Cannon and spouse Anita, Matt Reynolds and spouse Maggie, Angela Thompson, April Pike and spouse Robert, Ashley McMillan and spouse Michael. 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Funeral services were 10:00AM Saturday, October 19th at Frazer’s Funeral Home with Rev. Roger Pearce officiating. Musicians were Linda Barrett and Matt Reynolds. Burial was in Moseley Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Matt Reynolds, Michael McMillian, Wayne Wolfe, Harold Shurtleff and Rev. Roger Pearce.
|Message:||I met Mrs Martha recently at Legacy Heights during a Wednesday night church group visitation. I found her to be very sweet – full of life and good memories. Her daughter would bring her to our services as much as she was able. She will be greatly missed. On behalf of the Legacy Heights Outreach ministry of City Church, Russellville, we extend our sympathies to the loved ones of Mrs Martha, and pray for heavenly comfort and peace.|
