Obituary:
Ouida Inez Jones Taylor, age 85, of Monticello, AR, died Sunday, September 1, 2019, at Gardner Nursing Home in Star City, AR. She was born September 28, 1933, in Winchester, AR, a daughter of the late Harvey Nelson Jones and Elna Lee Bond Jones. Ouida was retired from Ryburn Motor Company, Wal Mart, and was a Baptist. Also preceding her in death was a son Marty Taylor; the father of her children Hoyle Taylor; a brother in law Ralph Martin. Survivors are one daughter Lee Ann Taylor of Monticello, AR; a brother Keith Jones (Faye) of Warren, AR; a sister Barbara Martin of Cherokee Village, AR; nephews Greg Jones, Jay Jones, Jeff Jones, Michael Smith (Melissa). Graveside service was 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 5, at Union Cemetery at Rye with Rev. Wayman Man officiating. Active pallbearers were Kelly McKeown, Kevin Helms, Tom Mitchell and Larry Harvey. Arrangements were by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
