Rodrigo Zendejas, of Warren, AR, was born in Zacapu Michoacan, Mexico on March 13, 1956 to Raul and Caritina Zendejas. He was preceded in death by his father Raul Zendejas. Rodrigo departed for his heavenly home on Friday Morning, January 18, 2019 at St. Vincent Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. Rodrigo was a member of the priesthood at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Monticello, Arkansas. Before retiring due to illness, he was an entrepreneur who built his career in Forestry Services. He was a devoted husband, hard worker, and loyal friend. He loved spending time with his family, going to church, hunting, fishing, camping and traveling. He leaves to cherish his memory a loving wife of 34 years, Erma J. Zendejas. Their family includes: Zachary Sales (Debra) of Dayton, Ohio; Derek Sales of Grady, AR; Lisa Matheney (Rickey) of Crossett, AR; Michael Sales (Natasha) of Jacksonville, NC; Tony Jenkins of Hamburg, AR (preceded him in death); Harvey Jenkins (Ykita) of Hamburg, AR; 3 Brothers: Jose Guadalupe Zendejas (Lourdes) of Lacy, AR; Jose Zendejas (Nancy) of Fountain Hill, AR; Arnulfo Zendejas (Dianna) of Brandon, MS; 5 Sisters: Martha Mendiola (Perfecto) of Warren, AR; Patricia Perez (Armando) of Mexico; Laura Barajas (Antonio) of Warren, AR; Carmen Fair (Michael) of Monticello, AR; Ericka Densmore (Rusty) of Warren, AR. 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and a host of nephews and nieces. Funeral service was held 1:30 p.m. Saturday, January 26, at First Baptist Church in Warren, AR. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery by Frazerís Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Rusty Densmore, Jeffrey Evans, Michael Fair, Seth Fair, Daniel Porter and Lennox Wilson. Honorary Pallbearers were Brethren of his Priesthood Class, Jerry Cochran, H B Green, Rodney Hall, Mark Haynes, Danny Houston, L R Hughes, Sam Kington, Roger Labassiere, Mike Lane, Josh Nix and Jim Worthington.
