|Message:||I met Mrs. Lottie as a customer at the store I used to work at. We struck up an instant friendship despite our vast difference in age. It was always the highlight of my day if she came in to the store and we were able to chat. I enjoied her plain-spoken, direct demeanor and her sharp humor. I will remember her with a smile in my heart.|
