Henry Vance Sipes, age 80, of Warren, AR, died Friday, September 15, 2017, at his home. He was born September 17, 1936, in Hermitage, AR. He was the son of the late Henry Edward Sipes and Ruby Faye Hester Sipes. He was baptized on June 13, 2008, as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. He was a retired road construction worker and heavy equipment operator. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Joyce Mann Sipes, and four children, Stacey Bowen and spouse David of Hot Springs Village, AR, Debra Prince and spouse Roger, Rhonda Mercer and spouse Mike both of Warren, AR, Casey Sipes and spouse Julie of Hot Springs, AR, five grandchildren Lesli Jo Prince, Carly Mercer, Tyler Bowen, Caylie Sipes and Allison Sipes. Memorial service was held Sunday, September 17, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Warren, AR.
