John Thomas Holland, age 64, of Warren, AR, died Wednesday, May 17, at his home. Born July 29, 1952, in Jersey, AR, he was the former owner of Hollandís Fish Market and a commercial fisherman. John loved to hunt and fish and attended Farmville Baptist Church. Preceding him in death were his parents Garland Holland and Lena Evans Carr; brothers William ďBillĒ Holland, Don Holland; sisters Evelyn Stubberfield, Peggy Webb; grandson John Robert Latta; a step daughter Chasity Young. Survivors are his significant other Deborah Turnbow of Warren, AR. Two daughters Joy Latta and spouse John, Amber Grider and spouse Brian all of Warren, AR. Two sons John Black and spouse Holly of Moore, OK, William Turnbow of Monroe, LA. Three step daughters Tiffany Strickland and spouse Tim of Greenville, MS, Kellie Evans and spouse Derrick of Bastrop, LA, Brandie Van and spouse William of Monroe, LA. Two brothers Carl Holland of Jersey, AR, Ricky Holland of Pine Bluff, AR. His best friend and beloved dog Angel. Thirteen grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral service was 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 19, at Frazerís Chapel with Bro. Billy Biggs officiating. Music was by Linda Barrett, Brandon C. Webb, and Harley Latta. Burial was in Gravelridge Cemetery by Frazerís Funeral Home. Active pallbearers Donald Holland, Luke Holland, James Evans, Brandon C. Webb, Babo Wiley, and Kevin Thompson. Honorary pallbearers were Tom Childers, Dr. Joe H. Wharton, Gorman Grider, Anna Grider, Tommy Castleberry, Mable Castleberry, and Bro. Ricky Groves.
