Pauline Melton, age 84, of Warren, AR (formerly of Johnson, AR and Pine Bluff, AR) died Saturday September 13, in Bastrop, LA. Born November 4, 1929 in Bradley County, AR a daughter of the late Monroe Reynolds and Hughie Mae Carr Reynolds she was a homemaker, member of Tillou Baptist Church and the widow of R.G. Melton who died July 10, 1997. They were united in marriage June 27, 1946. Survivors are 2 daughters Paula Riles, Bastrop, LA and Annette Daniels, Sallisaw, OK. 4 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Also preceding her in death was a daughter Mitzie Martin, brother Robert Reynolds and sisters Marcelle Clanton, Jimmie Castleberry, Erma Jean Copeland. Graveside services were 2:00 p.m. Tuesday September 16, at Moseley Cemetery with Rev. Douglas Edwards officiating. Arrangements were by Frazerís Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Jay Parker, Jeff Parker, Darryl Hill, Kevin Riles, Keith Riles and Kenny Riles. Memorials preferred The Gideons International; P.O. Box 451; Warren, AR 71671.
