Name: Lisa (Davis) Stringer
Message: As a neighbor and close friend to Debbie, I remember Mr. Carter from my teen years as a fun loving jokester. He never tired of pulling little pranks on us girls and laughing at our reactions. I still feel embarrassed, remembering the time their front porch swing came loose with me in it, dumping me--and all my dignity--to the floor. Much to my chagrin, he was right there to witness it!--and he never let me forget it! Such a fun, warm, and caring man! He will certainly be missed. My prayers for all the family.
