Juanita Henry Loomis age 86, of Banks, AR died Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at her home. She was born October 8, 1923 in Bradley County, AR a daughter of the late Hugh Thomas Henry and Florence Wagnon Henry. She was a Housewife and Homemaker, a retired employee with Martins Department Store and a member of the Banks Missionary Baptist Church. Preceding her in death was her spouse, Kneath Emmitt “Dick” Loomis Sr. whom she married November 8, 1941 and he died April 22, 2007; 2 brothers, Noel Henry and Roy Henry and a sister Maude McDougald. Survivors include 4 sons, Kneath E. Loomis Jr, and spouse Phyllis, Warren, Ar.; Henry P. Loomis and spouse Kay, Nevis, West Indies, Robert S. Loomis and spouse Beverly, Springdale, Ar. and Robin J. Loomis and spouse Nancy, Warren, Ar. A daughter, Kathryn S. Clement and spouse Jimmy, Warren, Ar. A close cousin Martha Jean Gibson and spouse John Wayne, Dallas, Tx. 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral service was 10am, Thursday, March 11th at Frazer’s Chapel with Rev. Greg Stanley and Rev. Tony Rhienhart officiating. Music provided by the Banks Missionary Baptist Church and Janice Sullivan. Burial was in McFarland Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Jason Majors, Paul Cash, Micheal Tullos, Eric Loomis, Bradley Loomis, and Adam Watson. Honorary pallbearers were Dr. Kerry Pennington, Karen Richardson, Bradley County Home Health, Matt Meeks, Personal Care Givers, Bobby Hall, Danny McDiarmid, and the Banks Missionary Baptist Church.
